Construction information has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Darlington Community School District is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm to provide support for their addition to the existing K-8 facility. The Darlington School District is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Management Firm to provide support for their addition of a gymnasium, wrestling room, and associated locker rooms, which will be approximately 16,000 square feet added to the existing K-8 facility. The Construction Manager shall provide and oversee the project's planning, design, construction, and administrative services. The project's estimated construction cost is approximately $6,400,000. Construction is estimated to begin in March 2023 and be completed in January 2024. The services described in this RFP will be performed starting April 2022 and ending after construction is completed. In the RFP, under Article 1, it states that the CM will not be allowed to self-perform any of the project work. If your company wants to bid the project, but prefers to have that wording removed from your proposal, please make sure that is noted in your bid. Your bid will still be accepted by the district.
