Renovation of a medical facility in Darlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 82,000-square-foot medical facility.
Construction is underway. Completion of the hospital is January 2025. All trades are let. ***ATTENTION ALL INVITED BIDDERS*** The bid period is over and all submitted bids have been tabulated. The attached bid results are the current submitted bidders. These results are not vetted or scoped in any way. This is a selective rebid of work scopes that previously received no bids or one bidder. (01J - Final Cleaning, 06A - Rough Carpentry, 06C - Finish Carpentry, 06A2 - Carpentry for Out Building, 11B, Loading Dock Equipment, 32A - Asphalt Paving) This tax-exempt project consists of a new replacement hospital and clinic building located on a 36 acre subdivision at the intersection of WI State Highway 23 and County Road K within the City of Darlington, WI. In addition to the hospital, the project will include a secondary building of a standalone garage of 3600 SF for maintenance storage and two residential units.
