Courthouse Window Replacement Bid 2023 This project is scheduled for the Spring of 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check from a solvent bank in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Owner, as security that if awarded the work Lafayette County reserves the right accept or reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantages to Lafayette county. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
