Renovation of an educational facility in Cantrall, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Mechanical: Removal of existing air cooled chiller and remote chiller barrel. Provide new air cooled chiller and remote chiller barrel. Associated work includes electrical power disconnect and reconnect and control wiring modifications. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract: Mechanical Prime. Prime contractor shall coordinate their respective work with owner hired contractors. Bid security shall be of 5% of bid amount and shall be attached to bid forms. A bid surety bond is required for this project. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders Questions: Engineer will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders questions received up to two business days prior to pre-bid meeting date. Meeting Attendees are required to follow state, federal and C DC safety practices due to COVID. Masks are required and maintain 6 feet separation when possible.
