Question Deadline: Tue Mar 22, 2022 2:00 PM (MDT) This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Outfall and OGI Water Quality Sampling Consultant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The objectives of the sampling program are as follows: Completion of three (3) rounds of water quality sampling from twelve (12) stormwater outfalls on the Sturgeon River, and three (3) rounds of water quality sampling from four (4) oil and grit interceptor units (OGIs). Sampling is to occur concurrently, and take place in the spring runoff period, post storm event in summer, and in low flow conditions in fall. This program is intended to characterize the stormwater quality entering the Sturgeon River and look for potential water quality impacts from City operations The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
