Clearwater, FL 33756 Make: Kohler Model Number: 150REOZJD Serial Number: 2237890 KW 155 Location - North Side of building LOCATION 2: Ralph Richard Towers 211 Prospect Ave. Clearwater, FL 33756 Make: Kohler Model Number: 180REOZJD Serial Number: 2246530 KW 180 Location - South side of building Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and travel required to perform 4 quarterly services, 1 major to include oil change, replacement of oil, fuel and coolant filters, and 3 minor. The service shall include maintenance training, oil analysis and NFPA required maintenance logs. The contractor shall utilize a 53 point service inspection and check list for the engine, generator, and transfer switch. The contractor shall submit a quote to the contract administrator for prior approval before any parts are replaced or labor is performed not covered by the terms of the agreement.
