Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of design/build replacement of all wire and conduit from Pumphouse Station #5 to Pumphouse Stations #6 and #7. The work also includes the design/build of a new waterproof electrical distribution service panel, waterproof shut off boxes, motor starters, panels, light fixtures, electric heaters, and a new security fence. Clarification Deadline: 4/13/2022 12:00 PM The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Honey Brook Borough Authority. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Authority. The Authority also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. Thereafter all work should be fully and finally completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days
