Site work and paving for a road / highway in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Apply approximately 80,000 square yards of seal coat in place on various roads as directed by the Honey Brook Township Public Works Director. All materials and application shall at least meet the standards of PennDOT Pub 408, Section 470 effective April 2017. The Description, Terms and Conditions of Work are continued on Attachment 1-A The following bid documents are available: 1.Approximately 80,000 square yards of Road Seal Coat in place 2.Approximately 200,000 linear feet of Traffic Line Painting All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Township. Bids for items #1 & #2 must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township except as noted in the bid documents. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded bid must be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. No bid bond or performance bond is required for item #3. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Honey Brook Township Board of Supervisors will consider the award of these bids at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM in the Honey Brook Township Administration Building, 500 Suplee Road, Honey Brook, 19344.
