Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a library in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
Library Expansion and Renovations Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, is required with all bids in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Honey Brook Community Library, or a bid bond executed by the bidder in the form as enclosed with the bid documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds as listed below: - Performance Bond shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. - Payment Bond shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. The Honey Brook Community Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the Honey Brook Community Library. Any questions pertaining to the bid documents must be submitted via the clarifications feature within by November 7, 2023 by 4:00 pm. Answers to the questions will be posted by, November 9, 2023 at 4:00 pm.
