Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work will consist of a 1.5" mill and overlay of the Honey Brook Post office parking lot, with an add/alternate option for base repair in select areas. Bidders must conform to the General Conditions and detailed Specifications in the bid package. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Honey Brook Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. Honey Brook Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. Deadline to submit Questions May 9th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT Honey Brook Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received
