The Following Bid Documents Are Available: 1. Line Painting - Traffic Lines :Approx. 136,675 Linear Feet of Double-yellow Lines and 60,000 Linear Feet of Single-white Lines; Areas to Be Determined by the Township. 2. Seal Coat - Approximately 100,000 Square Yards in Place. Liquidated Damages Apply at the Rate of $200.00 Per Calendar Day for Item #1. All Bids Must Be Submitted on Forms Provided by the Township. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to the Township Except as Noted in the Bid Documents. A Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Awarded Bid Must Be Provided by the Successful Bidder Within 20 Days of the Award Unless Otherwise Stated in the Bid Documents. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
