Site work and paving for a road / highway in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
The project consists of rehabilitating approximately 1,060 linear feet of Pine Street. The work will be primarily 1.5" mill and overlay, with select areas of base repair, as directed by the Borough and the Borough's engineer. The scope also includes some areas to receive Petromat and line striping. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Work will consist of the rehabilitation of Pine Street. Project Location: Honey Brook Borough, Chester County, PA Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond.
