Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grant, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Grant, Shawano County is accepting sealed bids for two construction projects. Project #1: Town Hall Roof Must have 1"x 4" nailing stripes screwed over existing shingles. Screws must be fastened through into the rafters. Nailing stripes must not be more than 36 inches apart. Tin must be full length vertically. Tin must be screwed with matching color screws with sealing washers. Tin must not extend past existing gutters. End caps, ridge caps, valley tin and chimney flashing must match roof tin color. Any soffit repair must be included in bid (if needed). Any cleanup is the bidder's responsibility. Project #2 Maintenance Garage Roof Must have 1"x 4" nailing stripes screwed over existing shingles. Screws must be fastened through into the rafters. Nailing stripes must not be more than 36 inches apart. Tin must be full length vertically. Tin must be screwed with matching color screws with sealing washers. End caps and ridge cap must match roof tin color. Soffit repair must be included in bid. Chimney must be removed below roof line and capped. Any cleanup is the bidder's responsibility. Questions may be directed to Mr. Britzke at 715-754-5067.
