Site work and paving for a road / highway in Grant, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project was awarded to American Asphalt of WI in the amount of $181,026.19. The project limits are from CTH U to 90th Street South, approximately 0.8 miles in length. The work for which bids are asked includes the following: removals, excavation common, base aggregate, disintegrated granite base aggregate, pulverize and relay, asphaltic surface, reinforced concrete culvert pipe and apron endwalls, seed and fertilizer, traffic control, construction staking and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the contract. Work on said project shall be complete by July 15, 2022. The road will be closed to through traffic during construction. "The bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is NOT subject to prevailing wage rates determination by the State of Wisconsin." OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in bidding, and accept the lowest responsible bidder which serves the best interest of the Town.
