Demolition of a portion of the existing Falling Creek Middle School building and site features along with the construction of a new three (3) story middle school building totaling approximately 240,000 square feet Any changes or supplemental instructions to this Invitation for Bid shall be in the form of written addenda. Addenda will be made available on-line via the link above. Each bidder is solely responsible for obtaining all addenda. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the space provided on the Bid Form or by returning a copy of each signed addendum. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid. All addenda issued shall become part of the IFB and any resulting contract documents
