Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will improve Hull Street Road from Warwick Road to Arizona Drive with a total length of 0.6 miles. The scope of this project will consist of a raised median, turn lanes, curbs, gutters, bike lanes, new side walk and shared use path on the north side of Hull Street and new sidewalks on the south side of Hull Street, street lighting and an underground drainage system. The project will also improve access management along the corridor and will coordinate signal timings, thus providing a multimodal transportation corridor. In FY 2020, VDOTs adopted six year plan approved $11.7 million for Phase III beginning in FY 2024 ($727,000) & FY 2025 ($1.2 million) and remaining funds in future years. As of September 06, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
