This project will allow funding for RRHAs development of the former Dove Street Redevelopment Area for associated infrastructure improvements to support construction of 139 residential units. Project will be constructed in five Phases (Phase I- 33 units Phase II- 15 units Phase III- 45 units Phase IV-27 units Phase V-19 units). The infrastructure project includes planning, design, and improvements to right-of-way, streets, sidewalks, landscaping, streetscape and ornamental lighting, water and sewer and connection fees, and other utilities that will be designed and constructed by RRHA and approved by the City of Richmond.
