Project Location: 1101 Jackson Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101 Renovation Thorpe Gordon Elementary School The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The base bid scope for the general contractor includes architectural, plumbing, and electrical demolition of existing and replacing with new in select areas of the building. New spaces include small classroom / flex spaces, Nurses space, and Teacher work room. The mechanical scope of work is under a separate contract with the Owner. The General Contractor will be responsible of coordinating with the mechanical contractor (see HVAC-Scope of Work-Responsibility Matrix). 2. The Work includes selective demolition, unit masonry, miscellaneous rough carpentry, thermal insulation, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient floor tile, vinyl wall graphics, resinous flooring, painting, high performance coating, visual display surfaces, toilet compartments, toilet / bath accessories, horizontal louver blinds, plumbing, mechanical (by others), and electrical.
