The City of Jefferson is requesting services of a qualified structural engineer with experience in evaluating structures to complete an architectural/structural survey project. The project is to investigate and determine the structural status of selected dangerous building located in Jefferson City, Missouri. Questions Due Date: Jun 29th 2022, 4:00 PM CDT Any and all questions must be submitted to Leigh Ann Corrigan through Bonfire or via email (lcorrigan@jeffcitymo.org) The City of Jefferson is requesting services of a qualified structural engineer with experience in evaluating structures to complete an architectural/structural survey project. The project is to investigate and determine the structural status of selected dangerous building located in Jefferson City, Missouri. If your firm would like to be considered for these services, you may express your interest by responding to the appropriate office, which is indicated on the attachments. Limit your letter of interest to no more than ten (10) pages. This letter should include any information which might help us in the selection process, such as the persons or teams you would assign to the project, the backgrounds of those individuals, projects your company has recently completed or are now active, current work load, and estimated timeframe to complete the project. It is required that your firm's Statement of Qualification (RSMo 8.285 through 8.291) be submitted with your firm's Letter of Interest. The statement of qualifications or other required forms are not included in the total page count limit of the letter of interest. Completion Date: Time is of the essence. The City would like to have the draft structural assessment and reports by 7/30/2022 with the final assessment and reports due by 8/30/2022.
