SCOPE OF WORK: The Town of Indian Trail ("Town") is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Firms and plans to contract with one Firm to provide design services for the development of additional park amenities and facilities for Chestnut Square Park. This design service will include, but not be limited to conceptual and detail design as well as cost estimating and drafting needed special provisions. The Town is looking for a firm that has a multi-faceted experience in park and facility design.
