Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indian Trail, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Number - 3670 This Contract consists of constructing a new phase to our existing park facility located along south of Chestnut Square Lane. This work will include constructing a parking lot, on-street parking stalls, relocation of an existing stormwater controlled wet pond, a boardwalk, and pedestrian paths. The Questions Submittal Deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2023. All questions will be answered through emails by Town staff and ultimately will be a part of the final addendum. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An MBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract. The Town of Indian Trail reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
