Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Work generally consists of: Sedalia Housing Authority- Apartment Unit Exterior Door Replacement & Exterior Building Lighting Additions: 1. Replace existing apartment unit exterior doors, frames and hardware with new insulated hollow metal doors and hardware at all apartment units at the Anthony Buckner Site except at Building E and one upper-level unit at building H. There are 199 doors total. All New Doors will be 3068 doors with knock down steel frames and will swing outward to the exterior. 2. Add new exterior light fixtures as designated on the drawings. Replace existing pole lights and existing security lighting at the Main Office. Add new light fixtures, meters and electrical panels for each building as indicated on the drawings.
