It will be located on the State Fair Community College campus in Sedalia, Missouri, adjacent to the existing Potter Ewing agriculture facility. Currently, the College is considering both single- and two-story design options. The sitework includes new parking lots, service drives, re-routing of existing driveways, and stormwater improvements.
