Site work for a water / sewer project in Traer, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work under this project consists of approximately 4,705 feet of 12-inch CIPP lining of existing sanitary sewers, spot repairs of existing sanitary sewers, approximately 6 new sanitary sewer manholes, 51 locations of repairs to existing sanitary sewer manholes, ACC surface restoration, PCC surface restoration, seeding, along with appurtenant work. This work is shown in detail on the construction plans on file with the Traer Municipal Utility Board Clerk. $50 refundable deposit is required for all printed plan sets and specifications. The fee is REFUNDABLE, provided the following conditions are met: 1) The plans and specifications are returned to CGA complete and in good usable condition and 2) they are returned to the above address within fourteen (14) calendar days after the award of the project.
