The project site location is at the North Tama County CSD School at 605 Walnut Street in Traer, Iowa. The project will entail renovating a portion of the existing building for locker rooms, weight room & wrestling room and a new 2-story high school classroom addition will be added to the northeast corner of the existing building. This is a phased project and construction will begin in August 2024. Qualifications shall be prepared exclusively on the form provided by the Construction Manager, Larson Construction Company, Inc.
