North Tama County CSD Addition and Renovations - Phase 1 The project site location is at the North Tama County CSD School at 605 Walnut Street in Traer, Iowa. The project will entail renovating a portion of the existing building for locker rooms, weight room & wrestling room and a new 2-story high school classroom addition will be added to the northeast corner of the existing building. Various MEP system upgrades will take place throughout the existing building.
