Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Branson, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under the provisions of this contract consists of qualified respondents to provide installation services on city right-of-way and easements to install approximately 16 city-owned light fixtures / poles. Contractor will supply the concrete foundation base including conduit, conductors, and connections from the light pole to the electrical street/pedestrian vaults as shown on the drawings titled City of Branson Missouri Highway 76 (Segment 3) Lighting Plan Final. These drawings form a part of the contract documents. This scope of work includes all of the work, materials, equipment and labor required to have completed working street and pedestrian lights in place. All work for this project shall be in compliance with the NEC standards and the latest edition of the City of Branson Technical Specifications for Public Improvement Projects. Bid Bond 5% No Pre-Bid Conference Available Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $250.00 for each calendar day thereafter as provided in Section G10 of the General Conditions. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities if it is in the best interest of the city and may resubmit an invitation for bids with the same specifications to the same or other persons
