Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new secure parking lot, including: pavement removal, new storm sewer, new intake, intake and manhole adjustments, new subbase, PCC pavement with integral curbing, chain-link fencing and gates, topsoil, and seeding. There are two alternate bid items for Sliding Gate System and Keypad Island. These items may be awarded at City Council discretion dependent upon funding and bid prices received. If the alternate items are awarded base Bid Item #20, Double Swing 20' Gate shall be reduced to a quantity of one, rather than two.
