The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified contractors to complete insulation repairs at the Auxiliary Site, former known as the Blackhawk Foundry, 323 S Clark Street, Davenport Iowa, 52808. Clean all wall for repairs Patch individual holes with fiberglass for facing Install iron channel at bottom with concrete anchors for new insulation Run completely new insulation and facing on south ceiling Install new facing on main shop walls Patch and repair back shop walls Install new banding and facing on entire back shop ceiling Once awarded, the City requires all work to be completed by August 1, 2022. Liquidated damages of $500/working day.
