The City of Crescent City, California, (the "City") is requesting statements of qualifications ("Statements") for the selection of qualified firm(s) to provide Engineering, Planning, Environmental, Architectural, and Related Support Services ("Project") on a wide variety of projects over the coming five years; Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 through FY 2028. All work is to be performed on an on-call, as-needed basis. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) describes the Scope of Services, consultant selection process, and mandatory information that must be included in response to this RFQ. The City seeks supplemental resources in support of engineering and related services for various City assets and projects. The RFQ process is intended to establish the most qualified firm(s) who will then enter into a Professional Service Agreement ("Contract"), the form of which is included as Exhibit 1. The agreement will be for a period of five years and will be structured for the consultant to perform work either on a time-and-material basis or as a fixed price for a particular task. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
