Renovation of a water / sewer project in Crescent City, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of the County Contract Administrator/Project Manager, Rosanna Bower, via email at rbower@co.delnorte.ca.us. Questions shall be submitted before 5:00 p.m. one week prior to proposal due date. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked "Onsite Emergency Power Supply for Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations Project - DO NOT OPEN" and addressed as follows: County of Del Norte Community Development Department Attn: Rosanna Bower, Assistant County Engineer 981 H Street, Suite 110 Crescent City, CA 95531 The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified Consultant, or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the RFP if it is in the best interests of the County to do so. Furthermore, a contract award may not be made based solely on price. Contract Award: May 2, 2022 to May 10, 2022 Notice to Proceed: May 11, 2022 to May 25, 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of March 31, 2022, the due date and time is being confirmed with the owner.
