Site work for a mixed-use development in Hay River, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes replacement and installation of water and stormwater piping and infrastructure in the area of Capital Drive in Hay River, Northwest Territories as follows: 1. Supply and installation of new water main. 2. Connection of new mains to existing mains and services. 3. Supply and installation of new stormwater catch basin and piping. 4. Supply and installation of new fire hydrants. 5. Excavation and removal of existing road structure. 6. Reconstruction of road structure including new geotextile, granular sub-base and base, asphalt and concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks. 7. Reinstatement of property frontages. 8. Adjustment of existing manholes and catch basins. 9. Excavation, bedding and backfill for new streetlight conduit and light bases. Installation of streetlight bases and streetlight conduit.
