Site work for a municipal facility in Hay River, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded. Current Fuel Storage Tanks are past their useful life and the fueling area does not meet the necessary code. Replace the Hay River CCG Fuel Storage Tanks and upgrade the fueling are to meet code. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Replace Fuel Storage Tanks 2. Upgrade the fuel storage area to meet the necessary code.
