This Services require the DP to work with Metrolinx as part of the IPDT to deliver several contracts that have or will be awarded by Metrolinx to cover the Project scope (Work Packages). This Services require the Delivery Partner to lead, manage, direct and coordinate a broad range of project management construction management and other services to support Metrolinx to successfully deliver the Project. Contract value: The value of the Services to be provided for by the DP over the full 10-year term of the contract is estimated at approximately $200M CDN. This is value is indicative and the actual value, annually and in total, will be determined by the actual Services agreed with the DP through the Annual Service Planning process. Contract term: The initial term of the contract is 5 years and may be extended incrementally at Metrolinx's sole discretion up to a total contract term of 10 years. Deadline to notify Metrolinx of Intent to Bid (through MERX website) and return Intent to Bid Form in Annex 1 is March 22, 2022.
