The project consists of a paved entrance on Glengary Road and adding gravel parking areas along existing drives with landcape boulders and rail fencing for delineation; installing concrete for ADA parking stalls, loading area and sidewalks; providing landscape turf grass restoration, removing trees and planting replacement trees including approximately: 8,300 square yards of earth excavation, 2,500 tons of MDOT 23A aggregate surface, 370 SY of 6" concrete, 770 SY of turf restoration, 90 boulders, 1,845 LF of split rail fence, and 68 landcape trees. The deadline for questions to either party is 5:00PM Friday, March 18, 2022. Questions received after this time will not be answered. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all base or alternative Bid items of work, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the Owner, and to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder.
