Site work for a civil project in Commerce Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Benstein Road from McCoy Road to Glengary Road. The Project consists of installing approximately 5,057 feet of 24" and 168 feet of 10" HDPE water main using directional drilling; connecting to existing 16" & 20" ductile iron watermains; using open cut installation for 40 feet of 8", 19 feet of 16", and 166 feet of 20" CL 54 Ductile Iron watermain; installing nine hydrants, five 20" gate valves, one 8" gate valve with associated structures including all associated testing. Work to also include removing and restoring asphalt paving with concrete curb and gutter in the RCOC ROW; installing 12" CMP with end sections; restoring landscape areas, and meeting any permit requirements as needed to provide a complete project.
