Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bridgewater, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Town of Bridgewater is requesting bids to repair the cracking and separation in the elevator shaft at the Water Treatment Plant. The engineered construction plans are attached in Appendix A. All questions regarding the construction of the elevator shaft repair will need to be submitted by Wednesday, March 21 at 3:00 pm to Megan Byler at mbyler@bridgewater.town. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 29 at 3:00 pm. All submitted questions will be answered at that time and an addendum will be posted with questions and answers on Wednesday, March 30 at 9:00 am. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder submitting and meeting the Town's requirements. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and further reserves the right to waive or not waive any informality in any bid.
