All Bidders proposing to Bid shall be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27, as to the character and amount of public work on which they shall be qualified to submit a Bid by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Bidders shall also be registered pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. and shall provide a valid and current registration certificate with its Bid as to the bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27-1 et seq. Award of contract will be supported by the New Jersey Department of Education School Development Authority (SDA) Emergent Needs and Capital Maintenance in School Districts" grant. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal.
