One (1) year, commencing on the date of fully executed contract until successor is appointed. The NPA reserves the right to waive any and all formalities or altogether reject any RFP as in the best interest of the NPA. Awards made under the Fair and Open Process shall be made to those vendors whose proposals are most advantageous to the NPA after consideration of all factors. Factors include but are not limited to experience and/or reputation in field, knowledge of agency and the subject matter to be addressed under the proposal and contract, compensation proposal and other factors if determined to be in the best interest of the. All awards are subject to NPA Board of Commissioners approval. The NPA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to waive any informalities in the submissions and unless otherwise specified by the Respondent, to accept any item, items or services in the submissions should it be deemed in the best interest of the NPA to do so.
