All questions receive before the aforementioned deadline will be answered online The NHA reserves the right to accept any and all proposals, or to waive any informality on the proposals and the right to reject proposals. The NHA also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more responsive and responsible Respondents. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days subsequent to the due date of the proposals, without the consent of the NHA. Contract duration: 12 months Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 (PL 1975 c 127 Affirmative Action). All respondents must also comply with 2 CFR 200.317-326. These bids are being solicited through a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
