Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tahoe Vista, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the Board of Directors, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to North Tahoe Public Utility District as bid security. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price For further information, contact Misty Moga, Administrative Liaison/Board Secretary, at Engineeringbids@ntpud.org. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within 60 calendar days from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed, with all work being completed no later than July 29, 2022.
