Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of this Work shall include, but may not be limited to, the following a) Mobilization/demobilization b) Site preparation; c) Site survey and measurements d) Provision of all traffic control; e) Close coordination and communication with HHB f) Submissions, including shop drawings, schedules etc. g) Site safety security and environmental protections; h) Design, fabricate, supply, install, inspection and maintenance of access system-Scaffolding, staging, containment, temporary works, etc; i) Protection of existing structures; j) Removal, cleaning, delivery to HHB for inspection, and disposal of existing bearing assemblies. l) Design, fabrication, supply and installation of new bearings including preparation of pier top, installation of new anchors and grout pads; m) Design, supply, placement finishing and curing of new concrete (as required to repair deteriorated concrete) and grout; n) Drilling of injection holes, and supply, placement and injection of structural epoxy grout to repair existing cracks in the concrete of the piers at the discretion of HHB o) Clean up, reinstatement; E-mail to Essex Richard at ERichardson@hdbc.ns.ca for the electronic copy of the Tender document.
