Work under this Contract generally covers upgrades to separate the heating system for the rooftop helipad from the heating system of the Women's Building. The undersigned Bidder agrees if awarded the Contract on this Bid to achieve Ready-for- Takeover of the Work on or before April 8, 2024, and Total Completion on or before June 3, 2024, providing contract is awarded by January 10, 2023.
