Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winkler, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work to be done under this Contract consists of Overlaying various road sections in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The major items of Work are: - Planing of Asphalt Pavement - Approximately 18,315 m2. - Asphalt Paving - Approximately 4,345 metric tonnes. - Provisional Granular Road Base - Approx. 100 metric tonnes. All measurements provided are estimates. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to any Bidder considering the prices and pursuant to clauses regarding acceptability and evaluation of Bids. The site of the Projects are located along 14th Street, 15th Street, South Railway, Southview Drive & Meridian Exhibition Centre Driveway in the City of Winkler and as shown on the drawings.
