Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winkler, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of a reinforced concrete surfaced road in the Clover Creek Industrial Park in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The major items of Work are: - Road Excavation & Grading - Approximately 1,600 m2. - Supply & Install Geotextile Fabric - 1,600 m2. - Granular Road Base - Approximately 650 metric tonnes. - Reinforced Concrete Pavement - Approx. 1,450 m2. All measurements provided are estimates. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to any Bidder considering the prices and pursuant to clauses regarding acceptability and evaluation of Bids.
