Completing roof repairs along the roof perimeter and roof/wall interfaces, including roof re-surfacing on the MRI roof facet as identified on the project drawings and specifications, at the Eden Mental Health Centre located at 1500 Pembina Avenue, Winkler, MB. Each Bidder must include with their Bid a Bid Bond issued by a bonding company acceptable to the Owner, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Estimated Contract Price, as set forth on the Bidders Bid Form. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
