Site work and new construction of a civil project in Crownpoint, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of constructing a 50,000-Gallon welded steel tank, a 6,000-Gallon insulated polyethylene above ground finished water tank, and a pump station along with installing approximately 400 linear feet of 8-inch CL350 ductile iron waterline, 1020 linear feet of 8-inch DR18 C900 PVC waterline, 1320 linear feet of 2-inch SDR 21 PVC pressure sensing line, pump station site piping, and tie-ins to existing waterline lines. Work will also include valves, fittings, specials, grading, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and compaction. Asphalt, gravel road surfacing and fencing will also be required. This project is located in White Cliffs, New Mexico. The 50,000-Gallon welded steel tank, both the 8-inch waterlines, and the 2-inch sensor line are located within Section 6, T15N, R17W McKinley County New Mexico. The 50,000-Gallon welded steel tank will be located on the north side road of Superman Canyon Road (County Road 43) at the bend of the road that goes from east to west coming up north from Gallup, New Mexico. Both the 8-inch waterlines and the 2-inch sensor line will be located on the south side road of Superman Canyon Road (County 43 Road) running along from east to west to the existing 8-inch waterline and 2-inch sensor line. The new pump station and 6,000-Gallon above ground finished water tank is located within Section 8, T15N, R17W McKinley County New Mexico. Both the pump station and 6,000-gallon water tank will be located within a fenced area in the White Cliffs mobile home park east of Bishop Drive. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statuses impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
