All prospective bidders must be pre-qualified with the jefferson county envi- ronmental services depart- ment to either bid class "a" sewer line projects or cured-in-place projects in order to bid on this project. To pre-qualify with the department and to con- struct class "a" sewer line projects, each prospective bidder must furnish writ- ten evidence of competency and evidence of financial responsibility to the coun- ty. Accordingly, the county will not accept pre-qualifi- cations after march 25, 2022. Bid proposal forms will not be issued to prospective bid- ders who do not pre-qualify.
