There has been no award, the IFB was canceled. Project Number- 180.273 Bids are invited for Campbell Homes/Frazier Courts II Total Rehabilitation in Trenton, N.J. An informational package containing requirements will be available for distribution from the Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. Campbell Homes/Frazier Courts II is a major interior and exterior renovation of two (2) existing, three-story, multi-family residential structures. Project will consist of 24 - 2 bedroom, 1 bath living units, totaling over 24,000 sf of work area. The scope of work to this project is limited to (2) building (Campbell Homes) located on 3 Frazier Street, Trenton NJ 08618. - Building No. 3 & Building No. 4 Campbell Homes Renovation project. Both buildings are (3) stories high w/ new apartment room layouts. The owner intends to Renovate both buildings in its entirety and bringing both buildings up to code. (1st Floor of both building No.3 & building No. 4 to meet ADA requirements) -Total roof replacement for both Building No. 3 & Building No. 4. Facades for both building No.3 & building No. 4 to be cleaned and all damaged brick to be replaced with new brick to match existing facade. (Re-point brick as required) - Removing & replacing (2) new stair towers and adding new entrance ramp to front of both building No. 3 & Building No. 4.
