Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Emergency Management BC (the "Province"), of its intent to amend its contract with Shxw'owhámel First Nation (SFN) and Ventures-Dent LLP (SVLP-Dent) to provide services for the operation and maintenance of the Fraser River Debris Trap (FRDT) as outlined in Schedule C - Services attached which is subject to change. The term of the contract is from August 18, 2021 to March 31, 2024, including extension options for up to two (2) one (1)-year terms at the sole discretion of the Province The current maximum amount of the contract is $3,937,451.97. The contract is being amended to increase the value by $1,582,339.38, for a total of $5,519,791.35, for the repair of the FRDT for damage sustained during the atmospheric river event in the fall of 2021. The extension terms are expected to be approximately $1.340 million and increase every year on April 1st using the average annual Canadian Consumer Price Index rat
